Our Property Sourcing service is ideal for buyers who do not feel confident on making an investment property purchase on their own.

With our in depth working knowledge and experience of buying, selling and renting properties across the region we are well placed to assist you in this area.

Our charge for Property Sourcing is £1,750 plus VAT per property with £500 plus VAT payable upfront and the remainder paid on completion of your purchase.
