Vendors - The Selling Process

There are ten stages of the selling process which are:

 

 

1) You request a professional market appraisal and valuation from one of our team

2) We agree the listing price and marketing plan

3) You choose which way you wish to instruct us; either payment upfront via our fixed fee plan or pay 1% plus VAT on completion of your sale

4) Photgraphs are then taken with our wide angled lense camera for maximum visual impact

5) We then go live with your property across our website, via a For Sale board where requested and across our property portal partners

6) Co-ordination of all viewings is taken care of by our team in line with your preferences

7) All offers are put forward to you and we provide advice on negotiation of price, where applicable

8) Once an acceptable offer has been received we vet the buyers thoroughly via our in house finance team and then we progress all parts of the chain to ensure a smooth experience for all

9) Exchange of contracts is set by your Solicitor once all necessary legal work is completed and finance, such as Offers of Mortgage if applicable, are in place

10) A completion date is set
