Project Management

Our Project Management service is ideal for buyers who do not have the time and/or the expertise to turnaround a property renovation project for rental or resale.

We will agree a budget and a brief with you before you commit to a project.  Our charging structure is as follows:

- We charge 27% plus VAT (with a minimum of £795 plus VAT) of the total budget you have allocated for the project for example;

- If your project budget is £5,000 then our fee would be £1,350 plus VAT

- If your project budget is £2,500 then our fee would be £795 plus VAT as although 27% of £2,500 is £675, our minimum fee is always £795 plus VAT

Our fee is not refundable once paid.

Our fee is payable in full upfront along with the full budget for the project which is placed in our separate Client Deposit Current Account.  Giraffe Lets Ltd is a member of a Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme.  Please request full details of this protection and we would be happy to supply you the details in writing before you commit to a project.
