Housing Providers not Landlords!

At Giraffe HQ we have recently banned the term "Landlord" in our office and replaced it with "Housing Provider" instead.
We feel that this reflects more accurately the role we, as property owners, are providing for our customers, the tenants.
Being a Housing Provider is not for the faint hearted or for people who like to cut corners! Housing Providers provide a crucial service within our communities and at Giraffe HQ we are convinced that this approach is the only one which makes good business sense!
